The fighting Styles in MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Combat sports are thrilling, bloody, enthusiastic, and entertaining for a large number of audiences. There was a time when WWE was a leader regarding huge viewership but now it has been replaced with other genuine combat sports as most of the viewers believe that WWE fights are fixed, planted and ingenuine. Many of the viewers found original fights with real blood bath, the real trash talk and the real rivalry in boxing  and then  later in the Ultimate Fighting Championship where mixed martial arts are used by the fighters. MMA- Mixed Martial Arts – is a fighting style where a fighter mixes 2 or more combat sports during a fight. These sports can be wrestling, boxing, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, Karate, etc.

Boxing is a sport of two limbs where the body parts are defined already which are allowed and not allowed to hit, Boxing is the most disciplined combat sports and it produced legends like Muhammad Ali the Greatest, Iron Mike Tyson, Gennady Golovkin, and Sugar Ray Robinson

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the greatest grappling and ground fighting technique on the planet; it is also regarded as one of the best sports for self-defense purposes. BJJ is used to neutralize the power, reach, weight, and height advantages of the opponent. Once the opponent is on the ground, all the advantages are equal to zero and this is the point where some joint locks and chokeholds are applied and the victory comes before the final bell, by a submission; opponent gives up and refuses to continue.  Royce Graci is the man who dominated UFC from 1993 to 1996 and won all three annual championships, Royce Graci was a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighter with a red belt of the 7th degree.

Muay Thai, pure Thailand based fighting style and is the best for attacking purposes and according to fight analysts and experts, the attack is the best defense and Muay Thai is the best for the attack and defense as it is a continues and nonstop fight using eight limbs. Muay Thai is implemented with continuous ring cutting and come forward technique to press the fight and get an early knockout.  Khabib “The Eagle”, Jon “Bones” Jones, Daniel “DC” Cormier, and Anderson “Spider” Silva are the top fighters in UFC, Khabib, DC and Jones are top three in the list of pound for pound category and Anderson Silva is mentioned as the all-time best MMA fighter in the history of UFC, all these fighters mix Jiu-Jitsu with Muay Thai to dominate their opponents. Thailand is the land of Muay Thai and it annually hosts thousands of fighters who visit Thailand to learn the art of fighting; especially Muay Thai for professional/ amateur fights, self-defense, fitness, and to change their lifestyle.
